1. Good corrosion resistance and wear resistance
Electroforming signs generally use chrome plating, and the hardness of chrome is very high, and the hardness value reaches: Hv780-910, the hardness value of stainless steel is hv180-650, which is much higher than that of stainless steel, like many super hard the surface of the tool is chrome-plated surface treatment to enhance its hardness and wear resistance. The electroplated signs will not change in appearance after long-term normal use.
2. High brightness
Metallic nickel has a highly polished effect. After electroforming and polishing, it is chrome-plated to achieve a high-gloss mirror effect, which is more perfect than the mirror effect of stainless steel metal signs.
3. Complex and diversified surface process effects

4. Stable chemistry
The surface of the electroforming sign is chrome-plated, and the chromium itself is chemically inactive.
